How do I cancel…?

200 companies Feoh recognises, 75 with a verified cancellation route so far. Where we haven't checked the official route yet, we say so rather than guess.

Two kinds of page in this directory

A verified company has its own cancellation page in the cancellation section. Feoh has read what that provider publishes for UK customers, recorded the route it actually offers and dated the check. Those pages take you to the official way out and nothing else, which is why they are short and direct.

What a general company page is for

The rest are starting points. Feoh knows the company, the category and the kind of help people usually need, but we have not verified a cancellation route ourselves, so the page says so rather than inventing one. That is still useful when you are unsure who to contact or what to ask for once you reach them.

Where to go from here

If you already know you want out, go through the cancellation pages and pick a provider. If you want to understand the rules before you act, the guides cover rights, contracts and recurring payments. If something has already gone wrong, the problem pages set out the evidence to gather and what to ask for.
