Good news: you can do this online.
- Open the PureGym Members' Area in the app or on the website
- Use the Online Cancellations service to cancel your direct debit membership
PureGym asks you to do this up to 4 working days before your payment date.
You can also cancel the Direct Debit with your bank, again allowing 4 working days.
