Good news: you can do this online.
- Go to your Microsoft account Services page and sign in with the account you used to buy the subscription
- Find Microsoft 365 and select Cancel subscription (sometimes shown as Upgrade or Cancel)
- Follow the cancellation prompts
Subscriptions bought through Apple, Google Play or another retailer must be managed through that provider.
