Here's the quickest route.

1. 1Open the mobile app or the member area on the website.
2. 2Go to My membership.
3. 3Follow the cancellation options shown there.

Make changes at least 4 working days before your next collection date, or the next monthly fee may still be taken.

If you pay by recurring card payment, The Gym Group says Customer Service must help you via Live Chat.
