Good news: you can do this online.
- Open Membership & Payment
- Select the membership, Boost or Ultra Boost you no longer want
- Select Cancel membership or Cancel viewing experience
- Follow the on-screen steps until you see confirmation
If you have multiple NOW memberships you must cancel each individually. EE TV-billed NOW memberships need to be cancelled through EE as well.
