What Feoh is

Feoh is an organisational tool for money admin. It is not financial advice, it is not regulated advice, and it does not connect to your bank or to Open Banking.

What Feoh stores

• Your email address and password, held by our authentication provider.
• Your first name, the categories you said you put off, and your preferences.
• The cases you create, including any figures, dates and notes you type in.
• Structured facts extracted from emails you forward: for example type, company, amounts and dates.
• Operational product milestones tied to your account, such as signing up, finishing onboarding, your first forwarded email, your first sort and completing an upgrade. Feoh uses these only to see whether the service works and to improve it. They are never used for advertising, and Feoh uses no ad pixels.
• Anything you send through the report form: the message you write and, if you choose to give one, an email address so we can reply.

Forwarded emails

Feoh only ever sees an email if you forward it. Feoh does not connect to your mailbox. A forwarded email is processed to extract structured facts, and the raw message body is not retained afterwards. Please don't forward anything containing bank logins, card numbers, passwords or identity documents. Feoh never needs them.

Bills and subscriptions you track

When you forward an email or add something yourself, Feoh keeps a short structured record: who it's with, the amount and how often it was seen, any renewal or contract date mentioned, and when Feoh last saw evidence of it. Amount changes over time are kept so Feoh can show you a price rise. This is your private record: it is not sold or shared, you can edit or delete any of it from Bills & subscriptions, and deleting your account removes it. Money-saving suggestions are off unless you switch them on in your profile, and you can switch them off again at any time.

Cookies and analytics

Feoh uses Google Analytics to see how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner; until then analytics storage stays switched off. Advertising and ad personalisation signals are switched off entirely. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Cookies needed to keep you signed in are separate and always used.

Other companies involved

Feoh runs on Supabase (accounts, database and hosting infrastructure). When inbound email is switched on, Resend will process forwarded messages. If and when paid plans go live, Stripe will process payments. Feoh does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your control

From Profile you can export your Feoh data as a JSON file, delete all your cases and Inbox items, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your Feoh data.

Accuracy

Cancellation routes, company details and figures can change or be wrong. Please check important details with the company before acting. Feoh never contacts a company, cancels or negotiates on your behalf.
