Privacy notice
Written for Feoh's early beta. It describes what the product actually does today.
What Feoh is
Feoh is an organisational tool for money admin. It is not financial advice, it is not regulated advice, and it does not connect to your bank or to Open Banking.
What Feoh stores
- Your email address and password, held by our authentication provider.
- Your first name, the categories you said you put off, and your preferences.
- The cases you create, including any figures, dates and notes you type in.
- Structured facts extracted from emails you forward — for example type, company, amounts and dates.
Forwarded emails
Feoh only ever sees an email if you forward it. Feoh does not connect to your mailbox. A forwarded email is processed to extract structured facts, and the raw message body is not retained afterwards. Please don't forward anything containing bank logins, card numbers, passwords or identity documents — Feoh never needs them.
Other companies involved
Feoh runs on Supabase (accounts, database and hosting infrastructure). When inbound email is switched on, Resend will process forwarded messages. If and when paid plans go live, Stripe will process payments. Feoh does not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your control
From Profile you can export your Feoh data as a JSON file, delete all your cases and Inbox items, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your Feoh data.
Accuracy
Cancellation routes, company details and figures can change or be wrong. Please check important details with the company before acting. Feoh never contacts a company, cancels or negotiates on your behalf.
