Before you cancel
Verified steps
- 1Sign in to your NVIDIA account.
- 2Open your GeForce NOW membership.
- 3Change the membership plan to Free to stop the paid membership from renewing.
Timing
NVIDIA says membership changes can take up to 24 hours to appear and should be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to affect that cycle.
Important
A paid membership downgraded mid-cycle continues until the current billing cycle ends, then converts to Free. Founders members can lose Founders benefits if they downgrade.
