- 2Ask to cancel your membership.
If you have annual cover that renews automatically, you can also turn off auto-renewal in myRAC.
Hello, I'd like to cancel my RAC subscription, please. My name is [your name]. The account is under [your email / account number]. Could you confirm the cancellation date, that no further payments will be taken, and send me written confirmation by email? If a refund is due for a period I've already paid for, please could you confirm the amount and when it will reach me. Thank you.
