- 1Log in to Mog Station with the Square Enix Account used for FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- 2If you have multiple service accounts, select the correct service account.
- 3Open Service Account Status.
- 4Select Cancel Subscription.
- 5Follow the on-screen instructions.
