Cancel online
Good news: you can do this online.
- Sign in to your HelloFresh account
- Click your name and select Settings
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Select Cancel my subscription
- Confirm the deactivation
Changes must be made by 11:59pm five days before your next delivery.
If you start in the app, HelloFresh may send you to the website and ask you to log in again.
