Before you cancel
Verified steps
- 1Sign in to your Battle.net Games & Subscriptions page.
- 2Select Manage next to the World of Warcraft account you want to cancel.
- 3Select Cancel Subscription.
Important
If the cancellation option is absent, Blizzard’s support guidance says the account may not have an active recurring subscription or it may already be cancelled. Your existing game time remains playable until it expires.
