Before you cancel
Verified steps
- 1On your Switch, open Nintendo eShop.
- 2Open Account Information for the Nintendo Account that owns the membership.
- 3Select Nintendo Switch Online.
- 4Select Terminate Automatic Renewal.
Timing
Nintendo says to turn off auto-renewal at least 48 hours before the membership is set to expire.
Important
Turning off auto-renewal keeps the membership active until the current term ends.
