Before you cancel
Verified steps
- 1Sign in to Strava and select your profile picture.
- 2Open Settings, then My Account.
- 3Select Cancel Subscription.
Timing
Strava says to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Important
You must cancel on the platform you originally subscribed through, such as Apple or Google Play.
