Good news: you can do this online.
- Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships and sign in
- Select Manage membership
- Select Deactivate
- Select Continue to cancel
- Choose a reason, then select Yes, cancel
If you signed up through Apple or Google Play, cancel through that provider instead.
