Before you cancel
Verified steps
- 1Open the PureGym Members' Area in the app or on the website.
- 2Use the Online Cancellations service to cancel your direct debit membership.
Timing
PureGym asks you to do this up to 4 working days before your payment date.
Important
You can also cancel the Direct Debit with your bank, again allowing 4 working days.
