Open NOW cancellation guide
  1. Open Membership & Payment
  2. Select the membership, Boost or Ultra Boost you no longer want
  3. Select Cancel membership or Cancel viewing experience
  4. Follow the on-screen steps until you see confirmation

If you have multiple NOW memberships you must cancel each individually. EE TV-billed NOW memberships need to be cancelled through EE as well.
