Before you cancel

Verified steps

1Open Membership & Payment.
2Select the membership, Boost or Ultra Boost you no longer want.
3Select Cancel membership or Cancel viewing experience.
4Follow the on-screen steps until you see confirmation.

Important

If you have multiple NOW memberships you must cancel each individually. EE TV-billed NOW memberships need to be cancelled through EE as well.
