About Feoh
Something has gone wrong with a company. Feoh helps you work out the next step, prepare it, and stay on top of the case until it is resolved.
Missing parcels, refused refunds, charges after cancelling, unrecognised payments, bills that jump and complaints nobody answers all involve the same slog: digging through emails, finding the right route in, and working out what to say.
Feoh brings that into one place.
Feoh helps you organise and act on consumer problems. It isn't a law firm and doesn't give regulated financial advice, and it never contacts a company on your behalf.
Over time, Feoh is designed to build a private, user-controlled memory of your money admin. Forward a bill, renewal or subscription email and Feoh can keep a record of what it last saw โ the provider, amount, dates and status โ so you don't have to keep it in your head.
You can see, edit or delete these records at any time. The more relevant emails you forward, the more useful context Feoh can build around your subscriptions, bills, renewals, price changes and cancellations, which helps it remind you to review things and suggest sensible next steps.
Users can forward individual money-related emails to Feoh without giving it access to their entire inbox. Feoh extracts the useful information and helps organise the next action.
Feoh also maintains a growing directory of UK companies and verified cancellation routes.
Where somebody is looking to replace a service rather than simply cancel it, Feoh may also show relevant alternatives from commercial partners.
Feoh is an independent UK product founded by Joel Cotterall.
