Open cancellation page
  1. Go to your Microsoft account Services page and sign in with the account you used to buy the subscription
  2. Find Microsoft 365 and select Cancel subscription (sometimes shown as Upgrade or Cancel)
  3. Follow the cancellation prompts

Subscriptions bought through Apple, Google Play or another retailer must be managed through that provider.
