Before you cancel
Verified steps
- 1Go to your Microsoft account Services page and sign in with the account you used to buy the subscription.
- 2Find Microsoft 365 and select Cancel subscription (sometimes shown as Upgrade or Cancel).
- 3Follow the cancellation prompts.
Important
Subscriptions bought through Apple, Google Play or another retailer must be managed through that provider.
