Verified steps
- 1Log in to Disney+ in a computer or mobile browser.
- 2Select your Profile.
- 3Select Account.
- 4Select your Disney+ subscription under Subscription.
- 5Select Cancel Subscription.
- 6Complete the optional reason survey and finish cancellation.
Important
If Disney+ is billed through a third-party partner, cancel through that billing partner instead.
