Switch or give notice
This one runs through a switch or a notice period.
Sky says 14 days' notice is required, unless you're within the cooling-off period or switching to another broadband or landline provider.
If you're switching, your new provider can normally handle the switch for you.

Sky says 31 days' notice is required for Sky TV, subject to your minimum term and cooling-off rules.
